Bit of a difference from the previous gigs I had recently been to. Had mainly went to this for The City on Film as wanted to see Bob from Braid play, also the solo stuff as The City on Film is great.
He played a great set and ended up picking up the LP from him at this show.
Owen was great and really funny in between songs, regret at the time not picking up some records off him.
Beak were more a post rock instrumental band that dressed in bird masks! They handed out feathers to people in the audience before playing their set. Locals who only person I think may have been in this band is a bloke called Kev Dodsdale(?) who played in Mansions of Glory.
