Three fliers for one gig! I made one of them which at the time I was proper buzzing about!
This ended up being a basement show in Heaton, not sure if it was this gig or another gig Jack put on where he had been away on a work placement and couldn't get a venue, so his mate Cheryl helped him out.
She had done show gigs in her basement and her neighbours had been cool with it, especially this one on a Sunday night where the first band didn't play till 9pm!
What Price Wonderland? kicked off with some really good old school emo, think they were from down Nottingham way, done a couple of albums and 7"s before disbanding.
Italians, Raein along with fellow Italians La Quiete (tho think they shared members!) were at the top for Italian screamo, to see them in this small venue was quite something!
More screamo, this time from Louise Cyphre from Germany, who funny enough did a split with La Quiete and not Raein! Their bassist was really tall so had to find somewhere on the basement when he wouldn't bang his head on the ceiling.
This was also the first time for me a gig ended late that I had to walk home, mean didn't have to but had no money for a taxi but didn't take that long!
The second flyer was made by me, clearly the best one!
