There had been a meeting allegedly to see if they would allow Wrest to play the Star and Shadow due to past shows elsewhere!
They allowed him and as always chaos ensure of smashing of items and high-pitched noise and shouting. Ended with Jamie doing what he always says he will do by cleaning up his mess and binning it.
The rest of the sets were inside the Cinema part so was nice
to have a seat!
Bad Orb I think comes from Australia but lives in the UK (or did?) and preforms abstract, experimental music. There may have been a background show on the screen as well. Was impressed by it and ended up getting a couple of releases by her at this show.
Blood Stereo are the husband and wife duo of Dylan Nyoukis and Karen Constance, who have been long time players in the UK noise and art scene releasing a lot of stuff on Chocolate Monk.
Good set from what I remember!
