Le Singe Blanc come from France. Two bass players and one drummer and excellent. Mix of sounds of I want to say funk bass against distorted bass with the drumbeat going like the clappers!
Very dancey stuff, gonna have to dig out my CDs and give them another listen!
Beauty Pageant were locals doing really good No Wave/Noise rock. Guitar, drum and saxophone! Again, another band I wish had put out more, we only have a tape EP and a 10".
Another set of locals with Big Fail, might have been their debut gig and sure Matt was playing guitar, which he at a later point he stopped. Noise rock and again they did record a rough demo and release it digitally but wish they had put out a proper release as they were great!
