This gig was mental, it was supposed to be in the main room of the Cooperage but someone at the Cooperage booked it in the smaller room and then the bigger room got booked!
The small room was tiny but did make for one hell of a gig!
Canadian Career Suicide headlight with their abrasive snotty hardcore punk, glasses got smashed people were all over, it was fun!
Leed's Geoffrey Oi!Cott brought up the cricket related Oi music, even had a set of wickets in front of the drumkit!
Rip it Up and Sick Humour were bands made from Break It Up and Violent Crime, both playing similar fast paced hardcore.
CxRxPx (Crush Racist Pigs?) were Cramlington's only and finest powerviolence band! Shame they never put anything out proper, there was talks I've been told of a split tape with my mate’s band State of Urgency but that never seemed to happen!
