The Hammer and Neighbourhood were from Sweden, straight up hardcore punk!

My Rules was a local hardcore band with ex-members of Voorhees and Break It Up, weren't around long. They did have a demo out, they did have another band later called Tied Down, again they weren't around for a bit!
