Brewdog in Newcastle started doing a series of free gigs.
Don't think this was the first one they did.
Slaves (now Soft Play) are a duo playing noise punk rock, just guitar and an unconventional drum kit. Was pretty good I thought.
Year of Birds were class like garage punk, they may have been up from Teeside? Assume this as Gillham from Drunk in Hell was drumming for them.
Gig in all was canny but the layout of Brewdog isn't ideal for gigs to be fair!
