From Ohio come Ampline, alt rock, fairly decent, read recently a description of them being like Drive Like Jehu and Fugazi.

I get the Drive Like Jehu but not Fugazi...

Can't recall Yellow Creatures, but found their bandcamp and they have art rock and post-punk.....
