Only went to this gig as a mate didn't want to go alone!
Also, the first night I ever got served a pint underage
without being asked for ID which is hilarious as when I was 17 I looked about
11! Though was given a reality check off a mate that it was in the Percy Arms
and they didn't give a fuck and served everyone!
I’m sure there were three bands that played this gig but have no idea who the third band was, if there even was one?! For years I always thought Orange Goblin played but I doubt it, or maybe I thought the band had Orange in the name?
Vacant Stare were from London, don't think they were around long, part of the UK Nu-metal scene I guess though have read them described as a hard rock band with a heavy rock edge. They were shite.
American Head Charge were also shite, nu-metal and I kind of thought they were doing the whole Slipknot idea of wearing stage costumes.
